Current Job Opportunities
General Production
The General Production job consists of openings for a range of production and assembly positions consistent with a sawmill and pallet assembly line.
C & L Wood Products does not require experience, but it is helpful to have plant / industrial / assembly experience.
We operate on two shifts:
- 1st shift: 6:30 am until 4:30 pm Monday through Friday (typically)
- 2nd shift: 5:00 pm until 3:00 am
Pay Rates:
- Starting at $17/hr
- + $1/hr Attendance Bonus*
- + $1/hr Shift Premium

Maintenance Positions
The Maintenance position expects experience (2 years preferred) and credentials in multiple categories:
- Mechanical
- Hydraulic
- Pneumatic
- Welding
- Electrical/ 3 Phase/ Single Phase/ and 12 Volt systems (trucks)
Pay Rate:
- Starting at $25 - $30/hr
Required: Minimum 2 yrs. related experience including electrical. Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting skills needed. Degree preferred, but will consider high school diploma, with required experience.
